Our Design Concept phase begins with an in-depth intake meeting where we discuss the design goals for your project, your style and wishlist, timelines, and budget. This process allows us to capture a vision and understanding of your dreams for your new space.

With this foundation in place, we set out to develop a design concept and space plan for your new space. We’ll explore design elements that resonate with your style and ensure that every aspect of the space aligns with your client breif. This design concept serves as the guiding light for the rest of your project.

Once you’ve fallen in love with your design concept, we move into the design development phase. This is where the concept starts to become a reality. We create detailed drawings including floor plans, elevation drawings, millwork drawings and finishing details as well as lighting and electrical plans. We will explore selections for fixtures, finishes and colour palettes throughout. There are an incredible amount of decisions and selections - we simplify this process and present options in a clear and concise format so you can truly start to envision your new space.

Once your Construction Package has been approved and signed off, we coordinate with your builder or contractor, or our trades to submit and review the package for quoting. If we are providing procurement services, we will be placing orders and coordinating the details for the timing of installation, as we wait for the materials and fixtures to arrive on site.

Our project observation services also begin at the same time that your build or renovation begins. We coordinate regular site walk-through’s at key stages of the project with you and your build team to ensure that the design details are being executed accurately and to avoid any mistakes that can inevitably happen with large and often complex projects.

Whether you include furnishing and styling as a part of your new build or renovation project or it’s a stand alone service, we will complete detailed furniture layout designs, as the starting point for all furnishing projects. We then source and present you with options for furniture, art and fixtures, either custom pieces or sourced from our preferred, trade-only retailers. We place orders and coordinate delivery and installation in your home. But the finishing touch comes with a curated selection of art and accessories, styled on site by our team for an amazing grande reveal.
